Reservation and cancellation policies 

The accommodation day starts at 15:00 and ends at 12:00. 

A pre-booked cabin is considered reserved until the reception closes unless a later arrival has been agreed upon.

Reservation Cancellation

The reservation must be canceled as soon as the guest is unable to arrive. If the cancellation is made later than the previous day by 18:00, we charge full compensation for one day.

No-show

The campsite has the right to charge the full price for the reserved services.

Number of Persons

The maximum number of people in a cabin is the same as the number of beds.

Pets

Pets are welcome. The pet fee for cabins and cottages is €20 per accommodation.

Disruptive Behavior

If a guest violates the general rules of the campsite and/or acts against the instructions given by the staff, the campsite has the right to immediately terminate the reservation, and no refunds will be provided. The person who made the reservation is responsible for the condition of the rented cabin during the accommodation period. The campsite is not responsible for problems caused by third parties. Incurred costs will be invoiced to the person who made the reservation.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in cabins, cottages, or common areas. Unauthorized smoking may result in an additional charge of €150 for cleaning and other related costs.

Reservation System

Accommodation can be booked through the reservation system, and payment will be charged on-site upon arrival at the reception.

NOTE!

Generally, there is no need to pre-book pitches for motorhomes and caravans. However, we have reserved 10 electrical spots for advance booking through the reservation system near the reception. We usually have plenty of space, but if you want to ensure your spot during busy times, you can book in advance. If space is available upon arrival, you can freely choose a spot elsewhere
